Terms of use

These terms are the end-user licence agreement for the mobile app Decor Finder: Bloom Locations (listed in Traditional Chinese as 皮皮飾品地圖) on iOS and Android, and they also govern this website, Decor Map. In these terms “the service” means the app and the website together, and “we” and “us” mean the operator of the service. By creating an account, signing in, or continuing as a guest you agree to them.

The service

The service provides community-contributed information about real-world locations where decor has been observed. The information is best-effort and uncertain by nature: spots move, close, and change. Trust states describe the evidence we have; they are not guarantees. Use your own judgment in the real world — respect private property, opening hours, local rules, and your own safety. Never use this service while driving.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest sessions are anonymous and can be upgraded to accounts; either can be suspended or terminated for abuse. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the contribution rules.

Your contributions

By submitting an observation you confirm you observed it yourself and you license the community to use it as part of the shared dataset (displayed with or without attribution per your profile settings). Observations are immutable once submitted — corrections are made by newer observations, not edits — because the record's integrity is the whole product.

Acceptable use

• No automated scraping of the service or bulk redistribution of the dataset.
• No submitting fabricated observations or coordinated manipulation of trust states.
• No use of the service to harass, or to direct people to unsafe or private places.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, name a place with, or attach anything that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, illegal, or that reveals someone's private information, and you must not abuse, harass or impersonate other people.

• Place names are checked automatically and objectionable names are refused before they are published.
• Every spot has a Report action. Reports go to our moderators, who review them within 24 hours.
• You can Block the player who created a spot. Their spots and reports disappear from your view immediately, and our moderators are notified.
• When content breaks these terms we remove it, and we suspend the account that posted it. A suspended account can no longer contribute. Serious or repeated abuse ends the account.

Reports, moderation and enforcement

We act on reports. We may review, hide or remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, guest session or contributor, at our discretion when we believe these terms or the contribution rules have been broken. A report is reviewed whether or not the reporter also blocks the contributor. We do not reveal a reporter's identity to the person they reported.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered as Premium Monthly (one month) or Premium Annual (one year) at the price shown in the app before you buy. Everything that is free stays free. Payment is charged to your applicable app store account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your applicable app store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policies.

Apps from the Apple App Store

If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claim relating to it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual-property claims. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
